Tell us about your background and your role as Accommodation Manager?
"My passion for hospitality and the art of welcoming guests began at a very young age and has never left me. My education naturally led me to hotel management school: first in Toulon for a hospitality diploma, then Marseille for a BTS in Accommodation Management, and finally Nice, where I earned a degree in Luxury Hospitality Arts and Techniques.
After gaining experience in prestigious establishments on the French Riviera, such as Terre Blanche and the Grand Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, I chose to explore the European hotel scene with roles in Belgium, Italy, and Scotland. I then moved further abroad to Canada with Relais & Châteaux, followed by Australia, working in the home of one of the 'MasterChef Australia' judges.
Upon my return, I joined the Housekeeping team at the Royal Riviera and worked closely with Chef Alain Llorca before joining Imperial Garoupe, now Villa Miraé, as Accommodation Manager. My role primarily involves managing the Front Office and Housekeeping teams, working in close collaboration with the Food & Beverage department to ensure service excellence. To achieve this, it’s essential to maintain a harmonious and cohesive atmosphere among the teams, allowing everyone's skills to shine for our guests, who remain our top priority!"
What do you pay particular attention to when a guest walks through the doors of Villa Miraé?
"Guest recognition is a priority in our welcome. Whether it’s a first stay or a returning regular, we take care of everyone to ensure they feel at home, all while upholding the highest 5-star standards."
In your opinion, what are the details that make all the difference during a stay?
"Service must be personalized, discreet, and anticipatory, driven by constantly listening to the guest. The high-end nature of our establishment demands a mastery of formal codes, specifically absolute confidentiality and discretion."
How would you describe the spirit of Villa Miraé to someone who has never visited?
"Villa Miraé is a peaceful haven, far from the turbulence of daily life, where daydreaming meets gastronomy, culture, and history in a refined and warm setting."
In a few words, how would you define your vision of hospitality?
"I see it as a blend of refinement and elegance, being attentive to guests to stay one step ahead of their expectations. Drawing on my international experience, my goal is to transport them into the light and airy 'bubble' that is Villa Miraé."
