At lunchtime as well as dinner, the menu showcases carefully selected seasonal ingredients, celebrating Mediterranean flavours inspired by the French and Italian Rivieras. From Puglian burrata to lobster orecchiette, each dish is reimagined with the contemporary signature of Mauro Colagreco. In the afternoon, a snacking menu extends the experience with a selection of light and indulgent creations to enjoy with ease.
